Born from the passion for the mechanical sector, G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH since the early 80s has been involved in the creation of customized details for special machines in the field of automation. Research into materials and the study of treatments have led our company to a modern conception in the production process with increasingly adequate and specific technologies. The flexibility of G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH offers a service that goes from prototyping to the production of medium series, following the product from the raw material to the final testing, guaranteeing assistance and any spare parts.
Our company invests its resources in the development of technological and innovative production processes, equipping itself with the most sophisticated CNC machining systems and working in the choice of the most effective production method to increase the quality of the service offered and reduce the time of realization and delivery. Excellent results will be visible in customized services for the customer, designed to meet any need. Customers are supported throughout the entire process, assisted in the design and prototyping phase up to the delivery of the requested piece.
G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH has a high quality machine park: CNC machines for mechanical milling and turning operations for third parties, design machinery, control and mass production. By combining sophisticated CAD-CAM software and vertical work centers on multiple axes with continuous management, we can offer fast processing even for single pieces or small orders.

Production

We are specialized in the construction of mechanical components based on the Customer's design, for which we use sophisticated design and manufacturing assisted software with CAD-CAM technology.
The specifications are sent through innovative channels following the INDUSTRIA 4.0 directives to the processing and control centers, managed by specialized operators and always up to date.
