    5. Personal data transfer

    No personal data of the Customer will be transferred to locations not authorized by the Customer in respect of the Regulation.

    6. Storage of personal data

    The Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3 (a, b and c) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. The Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3 (d) will be kept up to the time required by the specific obligation or rule of applicable law.

    For the purposes referred to in section 3 (e) (f), the Customer's Personal Data will instead be processed until the withdrawal of their consent or up to three years after the Customer has ceased to be a customer.

    7. Rights of interested parties

    The Customer has the right to request from the Company, at any time, access to his personal data, their modification or deletion, or to oppose their processing in the cases foreseen by article 20 of the regulation. The Customer has the right to request the limitation of the treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the data concerning it (portability), in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulations.

    The Customer can request these operations at any time at the certified e-mail address at the contacts on the site.
